After evaluating your fitness skills and goals, we work on an achievable time schedule. Michael from OC Exercise will work around your schedule. Be it before work, after work, lunchtime, while the kids are taking a nap, etc. There is no excuse not to incorporate a daily, weekly, etc. workout session. There's no need to leave your home. Stay at home, in the living room, garage and backyard, and take a shower in your own home. Save time and money! I have been training with Michael for several months, three times a week. After relocating, I stopped training previously, but have been involved in fitness training for 15-16 years, and always with top personal trainers. In a few months, Michael has exceeded all expectations. My stamina is better than ever, better than it was 30 years ago; strength, definition, every category one wants to improve has improved markedly. Sessions are focused on the training, and I feel I get more in an hour with Michael than with anyone I've used in the past -- and all my prior trainers have been well known, first rate, but I honestly believe his focus, attention to form to maximize the benefits of the session, and the challenging and always different exercises and sets, are the best I have ever seen. He is always on time, each session is always different and challenging, he keeps it fun but never lets that distract him or me from a focus on the training itself. Whether the goal is stamina, or weight loss, or body fat reduction, or definition and muscle growth, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Michael. If you are serious about your health, as I was when I started with him, I don't believe you could find anyone who is more serious about, and better able to help you achieve those goals. I am not an easy person to persuade on any topic, but I am absolutely confident Michael is the best damn trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I have consistently exercised for the last 23 years and have done everything including joining swanky gyms, bought every fad exercise book out there but the best thing I have ever invested in is Michael’s personal training. Michael provides an intense but varied workout that works every muscle in your body and has improved my strength and aerobic capacity. His knowledge of physiology and nutrition adds another dimension to the personal training experience with great results. I love working out with Michael. He’s fun, caring, and creative in the variety of the exercise - always on time and always enthusiastic. Michael has years of experience and is a true professional. I feel in good hands with him.

I have been training with Michael for over two years. He is one of the best. I love the variety of workouts he creates. He is always challenging and fun to work with. He has given me a great sense of self confidence and the ability to believe in myself that I can always do more. Michael has something new up his sleeve every time and I look forward to working out with him. Michael has made fitness and working out fun and exciting for me.

Working out with Michael has been one of the best work outs I've ever had. I have been working out since I was about 18yrs old, going to gyms, taking up aerobics and different classes. I have also trained with other trainers at the gym but none have come close to Michael. I love, love his workouts. They are never boring and most importantly I always looked forward to my work outs. He always makes all the work outs fun and changes them up. He encouraged me to keep going when I thought I was going to pass out and he never gave up on me. His truly a great trainer!!!!
