Jeff was very attentive in listening to my overall goals and adapting the fitness regime to support them. He took time out of each session before weight training to get a sense of my energy level and muscle strength for that particular day so each day could be catered to maximize the workout. He also gave a lot of information on diet and its importance in conjunction with weight training. Jeff never seemed to show negativity or criticism even when diets or workouts did not meet Jeff’s recommendations. I would definitely continue working out with Jeff if I could. Sadly I was only able afford 3 months of training since I have 3 kids at home to support but I hope to continue the learnings from him well into the future!Oct 30, 2019JeffScavoFitness's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As a personal trainer who travels to my clients, my pricing system is based upon your personal goals. In determining a pricing structure I take into account the location, frequency and length of commitment. My goal is to ensure that you receive the utmost care and attention while going through your personal fitness journey. My prices are fair and standard to the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After our initial phone conversation. I meet with my new client at the time and location of their choice and there we'll have our consultation /workout assessment. During the initial consultation the client will fill out a questionnaire which allows me to gather the necessary information needed to establish a firm game plan for example working with clients with back or shoulder injury and also mutual expectations of each other. After the consultation we will perform your fitness assessment. I use a functional movement screen which allows me to quickly identify your strengths and limitations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science and PT certification. I am a former top ranked winning physique champion having competed in over 20 high level physique competitions. I leverage years of competition experience to help you attain visible results.
