Evan always updated us on his arrival and arrived on time as promised. He is extremely detailed and the finished product is beautiful! He had great design ideas and completed additional items that were necessary to add the finishing touches to our master bathroom remodel. We have already decided to have him complete an even larger project in other areas of our home. Great Work! Great Price! Great Person!

I've been doing a renovation of my condo for the past year. Due to COVID it became very hard to find someone to lay porcelain tile in my bathroom & to do some grout work repair in my kitchen & bathroom. I felt very lucky to find Evan Hale through Thumbtack. The other worksites had so many unqualified people. And there's such a demand! Evan's background & references made me feel very secure that he would be great. Well, he was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! His long background had made him a true professional. He went out of his way to fit me in his very busy schedule. His work was absolutely superior than any I've seen. He is so meticulous & goes the extra mile to make it come out so beautiful. Then on top of it, he's such a great guy . . .so nice, pleasant, helpful, kind and works so hard! Evan was a joy to work with and a really nice guy. He removed all the ugly white bathroom looking tiles from my fireplace (not an easy task) and replaced them with beautiful limestone tiles. He took the time to make sure it was done to perfection. He is very talented at his craft. He covered everything and made sure everything was spotless before he left. I will never use anyone else.

Give him your business!!!!!! I needed to have tile floor installed in an upstairs full bathroom. Ive been looking for several weeks to get someone out to do the work but I got responses like they didn’t want to do such a small project, someone didn’t want to work upstairs, and then others charged an arm and a leg. I then got a referral to use thumbtack and check out Hale Tile and Stone. I contacted Evan and he responded very quickly and scheduled a time to call me to discuss the project. I had the tile and grout so the price was reasonable for labor and materials. We set a date, he was very prompt and got to work! The installation was very clean - straight tiles, even grout lines, perfect cuts. I will be saving Evan’s contact information for future projects!

My prices are very fair and very competitive, which gives me little flexibility in terms of discounts and reductions. I pay close attention to the market and my prices are priced accordingly to give clients a great value along with high quality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in construction technology as well as a number of certificates of education from various trade programs. Aside from education, I have years of hands on experience in various fields of new construction and residential repair work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation finish surface installer, and have been working with my family in the trades since I was a child.
