Introduction: The reason I help others lose weight with this program is because it has worked for me. I had tried everything you can think of to lose weight before and always gained it back. This is not a diet, its a lifestyle changer and it works, it has changed my life. The reason I enjoy helping others lose weight is because I used to be a prisoner of my weight and had no energy and ate all the wrong foods for all the wrong reasons. Now I have the energy to be busy all day with out getting tired and no longer have sore knees from being so over weight. I am so grateful to be able to pass this on to others who find themselves where I was.
