- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each client and event is unique, pricing varies. It is dependent on menu, number of guests, service needs, and possible rentals requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way we have found to work with new customers is through a phone call. This allows the client to quickly get a feel for us and what we do and for Little Lily's, the phone conversation to ask specific questions that may be difficult to answer via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I cook. All the time. I pay attention to the industry and food trends, but mainly it is a process of experimentation and practice.
