Introduction: Hi, I'm Catherine Eure. Are you struggling with anxiety or plagued by intrusive thoughts? Do you know know you should eat healthier but can't stop self-sabatoging with unhealthy food choices? I'm a certified health coach specializing in anxiety, life transitions, and plant based diets. I have a passion for depth psychology and help you get to your root issues for true healing. My own journey with anxiety, along with being vegan for over 13 years, helps fuel my purpose and passion. I guide clients as they find meaning, authenticity, empowerment and health in their lives.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions are currently $75 a session. For the most effective and long lasting change, I offer a 6 month program where we meet twice a month for six months. Please ask for details about this program if interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?You will fill out a health history form and during our first session, we will go over the information you provided and discuss your goals. This initial consultation is free of charge, and if we decide to work together, we will schedule out our next sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a student of psychology and wellness for over ten years. I have extensive experience living a plant based lifestyle (I've been vegan for 13 years) and have spent many years studying psychology through reading, in therapy, and courses. I first realized I wanted to be a counselor while working as an assistant for a therapist I deeply admire. I moderated an online forum for those struggling with relationship anxiety and it was the most rewarding job I've ever had. I am certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I believe that health is holistic and our physical and mental/spiritual bodies are meant to be in harmony with one another.
