- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic fees are as follows: Single Family Residences: $275.00-$350.00: Multi-family ( 2-4 units ) $490.00-$550.00. The difference is primarily the complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first conversation: I will first ask for the reasoning for the appraisal ( refinance, purchase, divorce, etc. ) , Second question will be about your property ( square footage, age, addition, remodeling etc. )and finally setting the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having a appraisal and brokers license requires continuous on-going education every 2 to 4 years.
