I needed numerous larger and smaller repairs done on a beautiful rental condo (the new tenants were already in). I was in a bind, knowing these days it's hard to get what you pay for, let alone someone who is trustworthy and respectable. Fortunately, I found Paul. From our first phone call to the end of the job, Paul was outstanding. He accommodated my schedule and showed up on time. All doors now work perfectly and look great (painted and all). The bathroom installations are excellent, and the drywall repair is excellent too. What's more, he offered and provided creative improvements/solutions, both functionally and aesthetically- a big bonus! This guy knows his stuff. Very mindful in his prep and clean-up too, and he got the job done in almost half the time I thought it would take. I am very satisfied.
