    We believe in making money when you make money. So we charge a percentage of the monthly booking revenue. We are in this together! Our management fee varies depending on the location of the property. As your business partner, we will do everything in our power to make sure that your property is frequently occupied and that our daily rate is adjusted to the local demand, ensuring that no revenue is left off the table.

    I hold a Vacation Rental Management Certificate from VRMA. The certificate program is a mark of distinction that serves to differentiate vacation rental managers who have acquired the requisite knowledge to professionally operate and manage vacation rental properties. Specifically, it assures guests and property owners that certificate holders have demonstrated a standard of excellence in the vacation rental industry. I am also an Army veteran with many years of 24/7 operations experience. I managed teams in several high-stress missions that lasted many days or weeks. After my time in the military, I focused on finishing my education and established a career in Human Resources as a recruiter. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and then went on to complete an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
