- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate. I believe I will ultimately save you money and have a better end product by charging hourly vs. a fee for the completed job. Hourly rating protects the customer from a rushed final product and the contractor from unforeseen issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet each customer prior to beginning the work. This allows us both to get acquainted and have the option to back out if we see it isn’t a good fit. During this conversation, I will discuss the financial aspects as well as how and when to access the property. Swapping contact information is a must.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced at a young age to construction. I begin working for contractors at the age of 16 and have been in and out of construction for 20 years.
