He drilled a hole into our wall. Charged us over $340 and the work he did was substandard. We had to get another person to come back and fix things.Nov 16, 2017Bayard T.'s reply
"Thanks Bayard. We have other renovation planned, we'll have them do the patch" <---Oct 21 from this customer. "If that changes please let me know and I'll take care of it" <--- my reply. it's unfortunate that this is what this customer choose to do. this is after I mounted their TV, soundbar, fished HDMI cables in the their wall and installed a power outlet behind the TV. I spent a lot of time trying to save them additional cost which is when my equipment became lodged and created a small whole which I offered to get repaired at no cost to them. the girlfriend apparently wanted me to do all of this for $100, which is what I charged for installing the tv. unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the work performed for this customer, but I have similar work in my gallery which would be a TV mounted with the soundbar mounted right under the TV. I'll let my work speak for itself. thanks for your business.
Very detailed. Job looks incredible. Extremely honest. He did everything. Supplied the TV, mount, wiring. I didn’t lift a finger and the pricing is incredible. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.Oct 26, 2017Verified
For my unique situation, I had to rely on Bayard's experience to discuss various ideas. Bayard offered good feedback and after 15 minutes, we had a game plan. He was punctual, professional and had all the equipment he needed to perform the task. This included the little vacuum cleaner to ensure a neat and complete install. I would use Bayard again.Oct 1, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? As it should be with everyone, we ask a lot of questions. We try to get an idea of what the customer is trying to achieve. Ask enough questions to Invision what they're thinking, and if needed paint the reality of things. After all the important bases are covered, we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Putting aside the necessary licences needed, we have over ten plus years of hands on training of previous jobs under our belts. We attend seminars and conventions dealing with our field of work to learn about new products that are coming out down the pipe line. We able to then provide our customers with information and suggestions to their dream project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask as many questions that you have for the provider to make sure you feel comfortable with them. Check for previous work or portfolio's. lastly make sure you feel good about the provider.
