- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Executive Chef Cindy Carter-Hodges is enrolled in the BS program at the Arts Institute San Francisco CA. She also has an extensive background in creating all ethnic foods. Cindy has cooked in restaurants in New Orleans, Bay Area and in the US Navy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The Chef's at Unique Catering have always loved to create foods in the kitchen and they all have extensive backgrounds in the culinary arts
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just recently catered a diversity fair at Kaiser in Walnut Crekk
