As a homeowner I’ve experienced my share of contractors that over sell and under deliver which was not the case with Cozy Conditions HVAC. From start to finish I never had any doubts or questions that were left unanswered. Will was very transparent about everything from pricing to project timelines. What I appreciated most from Cozy Conditions? 1. Project Cost – After screening several contractors and well-known HVAC businesses, it was clear to me that Cozy Conditions pricing was the best overall value. 2. Communication – I received daily updates on the progress of the job and Will always checked in to make sure I didn’t have any questions. 3. Customer Satisfaction – Will pays great attention to detail and it shows in his work. I’m very particular on how I want things done. Will didn’t try to convince me where to put the head units at for the Mini-Split system he installed. He could have chosen an easy install route; however, he took my preferences into consideration and installed the units to my specifications. What I dislike most about Cozy Conditions? That he only does HVAC, wish I could have him handle other projects.

Will not only did an excellent job of both my installations, but also charged me a rate which was extremely reasonable. He was able to do so because he is a Hands-on owner who does most of his own work. He is thus able to keep his overheads low. He has several years of experience and is willing to share his knowledge readily by making valuable suggestions. He installed a mini-split system on the roof of my office building and he also installed a whisper quiet exhaust fan in the men's restroom. Both jobs were done seamlessly. I have already recommended him to several tenants in my own office building. He has now become my regular HVAC tech. Ramesh Murarka
