Jon showed up to my home at the appointed time. He spent some time with me reviewing the location of the cabinet to be assembled and the work area which I had established for him to build it. I also had a faucet for him to replace and showed him the location. He was able to accomplish these things while being very neat and polite. I have several more tasks to be done and will not hesitate to call him again!Mar 8, 2020Verified

Fitness Equipment Assembly
He assembled a treadmill for my folks in preparation for the shelter-in-place orders. Thankfully he was super flexible with his schedule and was able to show up a few days early. I am so thankful for his responsiveness. I would definitely recommend!!Mar 22, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I provide discounts during the holidays since it is a tougher time financially for most people and it is a slower time for handymen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to review the project in detail with client. This ensures that we are on the same page and have the same end goal in mind. Upon completion, I always have the client review the work to make sure they are completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received a lot of knowledge working at a large hardware store. I worked in almost every department and learned a lot in my 6 years there. I got the practical experience working in my own homes, which helped with the transition to a full tune handyman.
