- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has a range depending on what services and products you are looking for. I do offer a discount to all active military in the San Diego area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If given the opportunity, I always prefer to meet with a new client. It helps us get to know each other a bit better and helps the comfort level once the camera comes out. If that is not an option then phone calls and emails are exchanged and we get everything set as best we can. Communication is key and I do my best to respond quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several photography courses, as well as online training and seminars.
