Introduction: My work in documentation stands out in style and usability. Many times, technical instructions and concepts are difficult to look at and understand due to poor presentation. I believe in creating an attractive and highly usable document or graphic every time, so the end user has the highest success rate with understanding the product or service. Creating documentation can be very challenging in regards to organization. It takes a lot of creativity and finesse to create the most concise and desirable outcome. This challenge is what I enjoy most about my work.
