Laurie came to help me organize my house after I moved. I needed help with my kitchen, garage, my daughters room and my 2 walk in closets. She help me organize in a way that I am able to keep it clean and organized after she left which is a huge plus and I still have some open spaces if I need it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge an hourly rate of $60 and have a 4 hour minimum per day. I offer a new client discount of $10 off the hourly rate for your first session, up to 5 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we'll have a brief phone discussion with our potential clients to get to know them a bit more and to discuss their project in more detail. Then we'll set up a free on site assessment for us to meet and look at the area(s) that need attention. Once we've agreed on a plan we can get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a NAPO Member (National association of productivity & organizing professionals). I have 19 years of experience in office management, customer service and business strategies. I have been an advocate for disabled children for 20 years.
