I needed a new tankless water heater which stopped working today I called J.R Rooter and Plumbing and they responded within 30 minutes and had Richard come out within an hour to diagnose the issue . As it turned out I needed a new unit. He made some calls and was able to get a new unit with an hour and came back and replaced it the same day . He and his team were professional, neat and did excellent work. Amazingly we had hot water and a new unit the same day as we had the issue. We have found our new plumbers

Jose was on time, very friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done. I didnt have a big job for him, but he is still willing to do it. I feel like he treated the small job as important as big job. he also gave some nice advice for the things that I never cared. I will definitely recommend him for any plumbing related jobs.

Jose did a great job fixing my plumbing. He came in and did a camera line inspection, gave his honest feedback and provided flexibility in price points. Through out the service, he did everything as expected and maintained great communication every step of the way. The clean up was also immaculate. This is more of an appreciation post versus your typical review. They sacred and made my day! We just moved here to Los Angeles and were bombarded by the heavy rainstorm. The historic levels of rain came with flood waters. The flooding caused the pipes in the place we just moved into to back up last night. I was so devastated. It was so bad to the point where debris/sewage backed up into the shower so dirty water just pooled there. The toilets weren’t flushing and one was leaking. This seemed like the wrong move lol I frantically reached out to J. R. Plumbing and received a quick response. They were able to book me a faster time (today) to come and assess. Ricky arrived this morning to assess the situation and confirm yup, the pipes were backed up. He told me I needed a hydro jet treatment to clean it out. Ricky and the rest of the team arrived to do the hydro jet and eventually alleviated the problem. They were so kind especially to my son. He enjoyed watching and trying to show them his airplanes. Ricky allowed me to see on their camera the work that had been done… BUT…he also told me what to expect down the road because the problem will occur again especially with rains like this. So now I have a plan in place to fix this for a more long term/permanent solution. Now I respect that. No doubt that these guys will be my go-to for plumbing needs. Got to give them a whole bunch of respect for coming out to help me in this crazy rain! I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart!!! Until next time…
