Introduction: I've been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years, Pilates for 12. I'm a well rounded teacher in terms of challenge, intensity and therapeutic work. I understand how to train mind and body and have worked with every kind of client under the sun. You will safely build strength and range of motion, while retraining your mind. Carolyn is THE BEST! She’s changed my yoga practice so much, her knowledge of practice and anatomy is invaluable. She has the most loving and relaxing energy as well when she teaches, I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s influenced me and my practice. I used to get back pain from back bends and now I know how to support myself and practice safely. The BEST teacher I’ve ever had. Anyone would be so lucky to have her.

I'd been practicing Pilates for 20 plus yrs when my favorite teacher retired I thought I would never find anyone of her caliber of teaching until I met Carolyn. She is an outstanding teacher, focusing on form and working out safely. I am so grateful for her teaching and feel honored to be in her class!
