On December 23, 2015 approximately 40 Earlimart Seniors participated in its annual Christmas Dinner. Chef Albert and his sous chef prepared a delicious and nutricious meal. The seniors were very pleased with the meal as many "mmm's" and "this is gooood" were heard from the people seated at the tables. Chef Albert prepared a very tender roastbeef, so tender it melted in your mouth.He also introduced our seniors to eating kale. Rounding out the meal was a crisp green salad with cranberries and walnuts, mashed potatoes and dessert. The chefs were very gracious with the seniors - talking and mingling with them and even taking pictures. Everyone left with a smile on their face and a delicious meal in their tummy! We are looking forward to our next meal with Chef Albert- who is innovative and still provides a very satisfying meal. Kudos Chef !
OUTSTANDING! Kelli was the only one who responded with a full menu and not only read my email but actually put some thought in to her response. She was flexible, and accommodated all the changes, and additional requests, even the last minute ones, with e ease. She picked up the cake and champagne, another last minute request. The food was delivered on time and was fabulous. Everything was beautifully presented, clearly labeled, delicious and ready to go. She catered two separate cocktail receptions, one with 4 dishes for 20, and then 7 dishes for 50. Then when we asked her to provide additional food a late night snack, she took care of that last minute request. So technically, she catered three events in one night. I had nothing to worry about! Still days after the event, I am getting emails from people asking me to tell them the names of what we had, and who made the food, etc. Kelli and her husband were both a huge help when they delivered. He even helped move a table from downstairs to upstairs. The guest of honor was blown away, as were the guests. I have used other caterers and private chefs before, and Kelli is a rare find. Professional. Attention to detail. She communicates every step of the way and asks questions to help cover every possible detail, which was a huge help to remind me of the many things I had forgotten. Absolutely will be using Kelli again!
Great food, great service, great price! Loved all the food Chef Kat provided for our Roaring 20s Party. Everyone was raving about the dishes, especially the homemade canolis! You can tell the ingredients are quality and that extra effort and pride is taken with the cooking. Would recommend her to anyone!
Chef Bill was amazing. He made an incredible steak dinner for me and a small group of my closest friends. He was courteous over the phone, very helpful with creating the menu, and of course the food was top-notch. I thought hiring a private chef would require a ton of planning, but he made it so simple. I would go to him again in a heartbeat!

If you are seeking an addition to your domestic staff, with minimum staff presence I plan, shop, prepare, cook, serve and clean up your kitchen on a weekly or monthly basis. I am an experienced professional chef, former restaurant owner, private club manager with California Serve Safe certificate. I do weekly, monthly or contract of one time meals. I can come into your home and prepare special-diet, high-quality meals that you and/or your guests and family just have to heat from your own oven and microwave, with complete labeling, instructions and freshness rotations. Chilled items, snacks and all accompaniments are tagged and dated to go along with your selections.Usually it takes about 7-12 hours per week to shop, prepare, cook, set up storage and rotation of your selected premium meals. I have great references, and I have cooked, served and prepared meals and events for clients of high esteem, CEOs, mayors, congressmen and women, presidents and even the Pope! I have a minimum service charge of $500.00 on all one time, small events. My business is structured to make any and all meals as fresh as possible. I am available for any last minute instructions by phone or email. Basic labor costs, food costs, service charges are negotiated in advance. I work closely with you on what you like, how large or small your portions are, where you like to have me shop at, how many meals and for how many days your meals are needed.
