Butch is a great baseball instructor with years of MLB experience and he knows how to keep you engaged. He worked with our 12U son on multiple occasions and took him from never catching behind the plate to one of the best catchers in his Jr. High league in just a few short weeks. Butch quickly became our go to guy for baseball instruction and we enjoyed his enthusiasm so much we asked him to coach a group of kids that wanted to play together after our current travel baseball program shut down. We consider Butch a friend and hope to keep in touch with him for years to come.

After only one session, I can tell that I have found a coach that knows the ins and outs of baseball. Coach Baccala showed that he could quickly find and make changes with my delivery that helped me not only throw harder, but be more accurately. I look forward to more lessons with him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to see video or still frame pictures of players I work with, so I can formulate plan to begin enhancing skills and identify areas of weakness. Positive coaching. Feel like all players have unending potential.
