Molding or baseboards,
Charles definitely lived up to his great reviews. After posting my job description, he quickly responded with a fair quote. He was available to start working right away. I was very satisfied with the work he did and have already referred him to two friends. If you need a handyman, no need to look further!Oct 31, 2016Verified

Thank you so much! I am so happy to have been able to be of service for you! Charles Niles
We had a small room we need expanded by taking out the closet and pushing the wall out. Every step of the way, Mike handled this project with competence and professionalism. He accomplished the job in about 30 hours, much faster than I believed possible. It looks great. Thank you MikeFeb 27, 2017Verified
License Type: B - General Building Contractor (CA)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I put forth a lot of time and care to each project I bid. This is important because I want my customers to have the best and most accurate pricing I am able to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?See their scope of work that is needed and give an estimation to its completion. Then I see a price that fits the need of the job outlook, and I figure out if I need to bring anyone to help me with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my General B contractors license. I also currently work as a project manager for my fathers Construction business as well. He builds custom house, typically 5,000-6,000 sq. Ft. Also, my father is a framing contractor and works for other general contractors as well. I manage all types of projects for my dad and I always have his expertise at my disposal. This provides me with other licensed professionals that I already have a business relationship with, and whom would also work for me on any one of my projects as well.
