Marcel and his crew were amazing! They handled everything meticulously from start to finish. Marcel was very communicative from the onset, and recommended the perfect menu for our group. The food was delicious and well plated. When over 30 people showed who didn't RSVP for our reception, it could have been an utter disaster but Marcel shifted gears, rallied his troops, went for an impromptu trip to purchase more meat, and kept it all behind the scenes. He managed to serve everyone well with style and grace.

Great service, excellent food, outstanding communication and much more added value than expected. We hired Gourmet Lovers Catering and Cakes for our wedding reception in Laguna Beach on 10-15-16. We had a 3 months window to plan the wedding from out of town and Carolina made sure all our vendor needs from rentals to reception food to our wedding cake was taken care of. She communicated often and made sure we got what we wanted. Chef Boris and his team the day of the reception were a pleasure to be around. The food was authentic (Soft Tacos)and DELICIOUS! Directly from our guest “you hit a home run with the food”, “best wedding food, ever”, “I went back 3 times!”. Our servers Gustavo and Sophia were very accommodating and always made sure ALL guest were taken care of. Highly recommend using Gourmet Lovers Catering and Cakes for any event!!

Radish and Rose catered our January, 2018 wedding. Our reception venue (The Loft on Pine) only allowed specific catering companies, to which Radish and Rose was one of the six options. We contacted them a bit late in the process because we had heard that they were on the pricier side and were afraid that we would not be able to afford their higher costs. Alley, our Event Designer was great. She listened to our wants and needs, and was able to help us come up with a menu that was perfectly within our budget. We explained that we didn't want the traditional wedding fare (chicken, beef, or fish), instead we wanted something more casual. We opted for a slider and macaroni-and-cheese station with jarred salads. The food was incredible and we received a ton of compliments, especially on the taste of the macaroni and cheese and the quality of cooking for the sliders - they were delicious The serving staff was fabulous. As a bride, I was catered to all night. They had one of the two appetizers ready for us as we walked in the door of the reception venue. When we asked for the second, someone was back within 5 minutes with it. They took our order for our food stations and brought several plates so we could try all of what we ordered. They also brought fresh plates about half-way through the reception without asking since we were drawn away from the table and our food had gotten cold. One of our fabulous servers even brought me a cup of water as I danced on the dance floor. I would definitely book Radish and Rose again they made my planning easy.

Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I can’t imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. She’s amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers… making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges… Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests… Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!

I hired Susan to cater our small, backyard wedding reception of 30 ppl and she did an absolutely wonderful job. We had her do some passed Hors D'oeuvres, a buffet station for main course and then a few desserts and coffee station. She was able to work with our small budget and the food was all marvelous! I got so many compliments, not only about the food but about how great and friendly her and Ambra were. They were a pleasure to talk to! And they left the kitchen spotless! I would definitely recommend hiring Susan to cater your next event. I know I will be calling her again.

San Francisco City Hall for a wedding reception has many rules and regulations as it is a government building and requires a lot of security and supervision. In addition to that, there isn't a kitchen on site so a tent is required as well as all rental equipment. Chef Mark and his group truly went above and beyond for our event. My husband does not like seafood at all but after our tasting, he was so impressed with the fish that he even considered having the fish as his entree for our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by our appetizers and dinner. We were assured restaurant quality and I wasn't surprised when all of our guests complimented us on how delicious the food was. It was catered specifically to us and Chef Mark and Roy spent time with us discussing what we would like for ourselves and our guests. Everything was tailored specifically to our celebration and that is truly a representation of us for the night. It was more than we could have asked for. We can't thank you enough for this. My initial concern was that Mark Kearney's Group is based from LA whereas our wedding in San Francisco but the communication was always frequent and Roy was very responsive and caring about our concerns. From start to finish they always assured us that they truly wanted to make sure our special night went without any concerns and they were on our side. Our event did not go without any bumps and when I found out from our wedding coordinator that a broken stove was delivered, I just couldn't believe that Chef Mark and his crew was able to deliver such wonderful meals to our guests under such a stressful situation. It's not the events that go flawlessly that are impressive but the ones that have a lot of obstacles that are impressive. I had absolutely no idea the kind of stress that must have been involved and our coordinator only told us afterwards so we had no idea on the day of. It is truly a mark of their professionalism. The thing is, I was already so impressed with all the other details that Chef Mark went out of his way to take care of for us. He made sure that a bottle of champagne was saved for us. When appetizers came around he specifically made sure my favorite came to me directly. When he flew up for our walk through, he took the time to take a picture of my husband and me because he was excited for us. We never requested any of these, but he just did them because he cares. His execution of the night was perfect as far as I am concerned and did not go unnoticed by ALL of our other vendors. EVERYONE was very impressed and I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for him and Roy and the rest of their team. You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!! We love you!

Tonya was wonderful to work with. The food was great. I recommend the Triple Chocolate Brownies !! THEY ARE GREAT! I hired her to cater the reception after my fathers memorial. I will absolutely use her again. I cannot thank Sierra Madre Catering enough.

Ana made our April wedding extra special and delicious. From the very beginning, she was attentive and offered various options for the grilled meals (the hubby and I don't like buffets). We ordered appetizers, mains, and desserts. A notable number of guests raved about the food and asked for Ana's information. As a bride who floated around in a dreamlike love state on my wedding day (those who've been there know exactly what I mean), I managed to take bites of every dish (usually off my girlfriends' and husband's plates). That was enough to highlight that the shrimp skewer was flavored so perfectly that it made my mouth water even after I ate it. The cheesecake cupcake was outstanding, and I still daydream about it. Maybe another even is in order? Just for the food. Thank you, Ana! Words cannot express how happy we are to have found you!

We used Chantel & Bella for both our florals and wedding cake/ desserts and we are SOO happy we did! Chantel created our 21 table runners on-site (eucalyptus, white and ivory roses) working with our wedding coordinators to ensure the tables looked clean, simple and elegant. She decorated our Chuppah with white drapery, eucalyptus and white flowers (are you sensing a theme here? :)) and made sure all our bouquets and boutonnieres were perfect before photos. In addition to having her do our flowers, Chantel made us our simple two tier lemon cake with flowers, mini-cupcakes, regular cupcakes and her amazing rose flower cookies. Everyone LOVED dessert; the mini cupcakes came in 4 flavors which allowed guests to get a little bit of each flavor. The larger cupcakes were big enough to share or enjoy on your own and the cookies were perfect for all our little guests in attendance to run around eating. Every item was delicious, beautiful, and displayed so nicely for our evening wedding and reception. Additionally, Chantel helped me surprise my husband by having little kobe bryant legs and a basketball hide on the back of my cake. My husband LOVED this little personal touch and Chantel put a ton of effort and time into making my vision come true. I highly recommend you do a tasting to discover for yourself how wonderful her desserts are and view her floral designs from her previous events. Even though florals are newer to her, her great eye and sense of design in baking crosses right over and we would use her again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Chantel for making our day WONDERFUL! AMAZING doesn't even come close to the experience we had with WeHo. WeHo's owner and chef prepared a delicious spread for our wedding reception. We interviewed several caterer's but was so impressed with Peter and his passion for food. He worked with our budget and found creative ways to give us more bang for our buck. In addition to his food he made an out of this world Sangria Bar that our guests loved. Peter and his team were a perfect blend of professional and personable. We will definitely hire WeHo again for future events, as will our guests (they were a hit!). No lie, a week later my mom was still talking about the food. That says something. Thanks Peter and the WeHo team.

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

We asked our friends and family members who had recently been married what they thought the most important part of the wedding was, and they unanimously said "THE FOOD". From the moment we requested a quote Bill's attention to detail made it a wonderful and memorable experience. We were provided with and absolutely delicious lunch at our tasting; where Bill customized our menu to fit our unique wedding theme. The staff was friendly, informative, professional and genuinely warm and kind. Bill's help however moved beyond his fabulous food. For any and EVERY coordination mishap, he was there with creative and inventive solutions. His staff went above and beyond, even assisting in set up and decoration. We were truly overwhelmed by their generosity and their willingness to be of assistance. On our wedding day, as we ran from the car to the venue to avoid the terrible storm; we were greeted by Bill with a mini buffet for the bridal party so that we would have a chance to actually eat at our wedding. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. I cannot describe how delicious it was or how beautifully and artfully arranged. I truly cannot do it justice. When asked, our guest said that hands down, it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Our menu included custom flank steak sliders with asian slaw, a variety of sushi, mini ribs, chicken skewers, grilled vegetable stuffed crepes, procuitto wrapped asparagus, endive spoons filled with tabouleh, chicken sate, and so much more. The service was impeccable and after everything was done, the staff cleaned and left everything immaculate. Most importantly, Bill was sensitive and understanding of our situation. You see , we were two brides. Bill and his staff were shining examples of what it is to treat everyone with equality and dignity and respect. We were afraid of vendors not wanting to work with us and Bill took all that anxiety away. Through his vast network he found amazing and supportive vendors who were ready to celebrate with us and were empowered by our decision to get married. We cannot thank Bill enough for the many kindnesses he bestowed on us and we cannot wait to eat at his amazing restaurant again. - C & A

I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding. We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache. They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well! We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved! While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding. What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up! Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests! I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!

Fitch's Kitchen catered my wedding at the Wedding Tree in Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, CA. The food was delicious, it was delivered on time, and Fitch was very understanding about a hiccup with my payment method and delivered food anyway, making sure my day wasn't ruined by an oversight (that was my own doing). I had several guests comment on the food and ask where it was from. THANK YOU!!!

The Perfectly Event Planning Team was wonderful - I'm a highly organized woman, and didn't think I would need any help for the day of my wedding. However, Jessell offered her services and I'm so happy we hired her. I was able to enjoy our wedding and the entire day and just let Jessell worry about the nitty gritty and the payments and the time-line and getting my husband to where he needed to be! We couldn't have done it without her and don't know that we would have wanted to! I highly recommend Perfectly Event Planning to anyone who needs a little order to their event.
