- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our plans are customizable to fits the customer's needs since no 2 homes or offices are alike. To get a firm price it is best for us to come out and look at your property. Over the phone we can only give you a price range so that you have an idea and budget planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are constantly attending workshops and trade shows to learn about the latest cleaning products and tools in the industry. We are members of a BNI group as well.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent job we did that I'm particularly proud of is a single mother who had just moved her son away to college decided to downsize into a smaller home. After spending the whole weekend moving all by herself she decided she had taken on too much and was too exhausted to clean her home she was moving out of and renting out. She called us and we left her empty home spotless ready for the new tenants to move in. She was so happy and said it was the best money she had ever spent! I was so happy and proud that we were able to help her out.
