Mark P. says, "I had a circuit of lights and outlets go out in my garage for no apparent reason. After running through a series of checks myself and replacing the breaker, I still had no power. Steve came out the same day I posted my job on Thumbtack and even though he was just out estimating work that day, he tried to fix my problem. Since it was a little more complicated, requiring checking out each light fixture, outlet, and switch, he rescheduled to come back when he had his tools and more time. When he returned a couple days later with 2 others, they began to systematically check the circuit. Within a little more than an hour, they found the problem as well as some loose wires and repaired them all. The cost was a little more than the original estimate but I knew it was all dependent upon how long it was going to take to check everything. The final cost was well below what I had originally anticipated after talking to a few others. Steve was very professional, on time, and explained things before he did them. I would highly recommend him and I have a couple more projects for him that we have already discussed."See more
