i have worked with this person before and i have to say that i have met people who are a lot more knowledgeable with computers, and are certified to work with them. Plus, this profile is not professional in any way. There is no logo, biography, or any sort of item or description that would indicate any computer repair experience whatsoever, other than the name, which is also misspelled. I would like to see this person acquire more professionalism and experience before claiming to know something they do not. Second, this person needs to have a better attitude towards people. it was overall a bad experience.
