Whitney Fenton is amazing! She has a very vibrant and happy personality with one goal in mind, to help you! I am in her group challenges through Facebook and they are full of tips and helpful nutrition advice, as well as really thought out exercises. I highly recommend starting your life for the better, or to continue on that path with Whitney. Another thing I can tell you, is she will not give up on you!! I have had many setbacks through injuries and not once has Whitney left me behind, if anything you get an amazing and thoughtful message to keep you motivated.
