Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We take pride in each and every installation and know we're only as good as our last referral. Quality, Dependability and Craftsmanship is what separates So-Cal Electric from everyone else. We pull our own permits, we build everything above and beyond, and if you're not 100% satisfied, then we're not done. Check out our website and see the wide range of services we provide. I like the satisfaction of knowing that when I leave a residence, place of business or facility, it's a safer, more reliable electrical installation. The Code Book was written to protect people and property from the hazards that exist with electricity and we as electricians have an obligation to do it right, or not to do it at all. I've walked away from many job opportunities, because I wouldn't compromise on the safety of my installations in order to be more competitive. When my clients see the Quality, Dependability and Craftsmanship we provide, they come to demand it of others.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Troubleshooting existing installations. Often times I find "Electricians" simply putting in a bigger breaker rating and walking away. Breakers are sized to the wire size in order to protect the integrity of the circuit. If you're overloading a circuit due to a bad design, over used extension cords, or a damaged/loose neutral, that breaker is just simply doing what it's designed to do. Putting in a larger breaker, especially with a lack of proper grounding is a total fire hazard, and will most likely fail in a wall, in the attic, or under a walkway. The complete disregard, or lac of knowledge is always cheaper and easier than using an honest, dependable Journeyman. Or is it?

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just get a price, get the scope of work. If a competitor is 10% cheaper, but only doing 50% of the work, you may like to know what you're getting. If they don't pull the permits, if they aren't using quality materials, sizing their wires and/or overload protections, the installation will deteriorate over time and cause serious problems down the road. Use the $$$ you're saving on good quality smoke detectors.
