FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I am willing to work within a customers budget. I love what I do and plan to continue to do the type of quality work I demand of myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its difficult to quote a job prior to actually seeing it and hearing what my client truly expects in the end. I like to set a date that I can go out, introduce myself and get a deposit on the actual job, ofcourse once I am officially hired and a contract is signed. This is to protect my client and protect myself and reserve a specific day and time block. If the customer wants me to provide the materials, the customer will be given a breakdown of what it will cost and the customer will provide the money for the materials and I will more than happily get everything they need for a beautiful job to be completed. Its very simple, common of contractors and maintenance professionals to begin a job this way. Once the job is complete, the agreed upon balance will be paid by check or cash at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the times; whats new in style and development area of whatever I am find interest in working on. I keep well informed ,so I can keep customers up to date on what's in and what's out. I share ideas and actually listen to my customers desires.
