Team can do moved a large buffet from an antique shop to my home. They were quick and careful moving my furniture!Jan 15, 2017Verified
We had a pile of construction trash from a kitchen remodel that we needed hauled off. They responded quickly, were super sweet and did a great job. I will definitely use them again when we do flooring and I highly recommend them.Oct 11, 2016Verified
This was the third bid that I received on this job. T.C.D. was not the lowest but they were very reasonable for the amount of labor expended. They exceeded my expectations, they were timely and efficient. I am giving them a five star rating and would recommend them for clean up and hauling. Greg O.Apr 9, 2018Verified
Gerri and her team took on a very unpleasant task and put in far more time than she had planned. I am very grateful to them for their hard work. The home is in much better shape than it wss before. Thank you.Jul 1, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Since I do so many different things, I sometimes am not sure how to quote some jobs. I may have to research local cost estimates to get an idea...so if I'm out of the ball park...say so! my pricing is not a science by any means and I, of course, want to be fair. At the same time, I am in the business to make a little money! So keep it reasonable please. I am always willing to negotiate. I know how important saving a few bucks can be..I wanna help and I want you to be happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to get details about a project and if necessary, schedule a walk through so I can view what needs to be done. at that time we can discuss the customers needs.and expectations as well as the opportunity for us to get a feel for each other. it's important for customer to get a good "feeling" from a professional...and vice versa. I will usually get an email from the customer and send an estimate if I am not able to provide one on the spot. As mentioned above, the customer is always welcome to challenge or negotiate the cost estimate and if agreed upon I will adjust the estimate. We discuss materials and arrange for delivery or pick up when necessary, and agree on a start date and time and we're off and Rollin!! After the job, I get the customers approval, and, if corrections or changes are necessary, these are completed to customers satisfaction. I request payment upon completion, except in the case of a long or large project, I may request a deposit for materials and or partial payment prior to or midway through the project. All of this.would be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting. As payment, I prefer cash, but will accept checks or payment through PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I myself have just work experience and knowledge from doing different jobs at home or working with others. I have enjoyed learning new skills and continue to learn as much as possible to do the best job I can. I have connections to others with more specialized work..electrician, ac/heater, plumbing etc. That are licensed or have had specialized training.
