I participate in workshops and conferences, plus I read newsletters and technical material. I also teach classes and do research in preparation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to ask for credentials and experience. Ask if the provider is flexible and if she practices confidentiality. Ask if she is able to work with more than one person. Find out where she received her training.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That the limits to services provided are set by their personal needs and the imagination and skill of their provider. I have a rich imagination paired with good humor and a high skill level.
