Introduction: I've been cooking professionally for 5 years. I studied at the Art Institute of Houston and honed my skills. My love of cooking began at an early age, as I would help my mom and my dad in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. Throughout the past five years, I've worked closely with Chinese, Japanese, and Italian gastronomy; however, I'm up for any challenge, and nutrition is always a concern for many, so if you'd like to eat healthier, I would love to work with you to make sure the meal plan fits your health guidelines.
