Floor Installation or Replacement
She is excellent in conversation and not equally good with her work. She doesn’t has any skills to installing laminated floor but still she picked up my project with wrong estimation of work and charged me money without finishing my work and She takes up project even she has no experience \ skills doing it and has no idea which materials are needed for work to be done. I don’t recommend anyone to hire her for any kind of work and last thing her companion was not professional in doing work .he was getting irritated every time when doing his job which is not professional behavior .Jan 3, 2021VerifiedThtPlc's reply
I am disappointed to see such a vindictive review of my integreity from you especially after rendering top quality professional work that we at Tht Plc pride ourselves on. Because of your insistance and demand to have this be a rush job we made special arrangements to do this on christmas day and the following days/evenings of that holiday weekend. Your review is merely retaliatory in nature because you wanted a discount after the job was completed and we wouldn't accept less. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. You kept changing and adding extra work, most of what I did not charge you for, and still wanted to add more for us to do. I was simply adhering to our original agreement while still trying to do some of the extras in order to keep you happy and retain you as a customer. My knowledge, that you commented on, is based on 7 years in this field. Your knowledge is based on what you read on the box with no proper guidance to install laminate for the first time throughout and entire house. Then you write me a review saying I don't know what I'm doing. I have to admit that in all these years I have never seen laminate laid so bad that it took me three days to fix it. My recomendation to you at that time was to take it up and start all over, but you refused to do so since you wanted three days of work completed in less than six hours on Christmas day. I hope you find another handyperson that will better suit you in the future and I appreciate you writing a review, even if only for all the wrong reasons. Also, I still need paid since your check did not go through.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price according to the project and what needs to be done. I'm not the cheapest and I'm not the highest, but I do quality work and I don't cut corners just to hurry up and get it done.. I will work with anyone that I can with pricing and I've even been know to trade if there's something you don't want anymore that I may want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to talk to them via text or phone first. then I come out and meet the customer and we can evaluate each other. if everything feels right I will send an estimate within 24 hours and start work asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 15 years experience and 7 years by myself hands on. I'm a woman in a man's world and I am just wanting to help others if I can. I'm not competing and I don't have anything to prove. I just want to make a living like everyone else and I happen to be very good at Construction and art.
