Sadly do not hire this company. I hired them for a large project that included grass and tile install. Within weeks we had multiple loose tiles in two areas of the project. Over 4 months I have sent 23 text messages. 2 Thumbtack messages. Multiple calls. 3 appointments to fix it they did not show for, the last one today. After 4 months of being patient with them I am posting this so others do not suffer the same fate. They are licensed and bonded per report on thumbtack so luckily we can recoup the costs to repair legally. In the future I would use the app to pay so thumbtack can assist getting costs recouped if problems arise after payment. Hope this helps someone. Should they come fix this as promised I’ll of course update my review.

Completely satisfied customer. After going through 4 months of high price rip off quotes from a few of contractors listed on Thumbtack. I decided to go with Richard. My neighbor and I spoke with Richard on Sunday. Richard was upfront with the pricing and services that he could provide. He completely delivered on his promise to get the job done. His team was very professional and the customer in tune to every process of the job. I am very particular with who I deal with and a lot of my friends know that. So, it looks like Richard will be receiving repeat business from me and all of my friends. Grateful for the opportunity to meet Richard and his team. Outstanding performance!!!
