- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is base on Hours needed for event, amount of service provided, Photo Booth, DJ, Lighting, Wireless P.A. system, Uplighting, MC. We do offer discounts just inquire and we will see what we can do. Spending hundreds of dollars renting on photo entertainment is a serious investment. You’re not exactly sure what to look for, your options are limitless, and you want the highest quality photo booth that you can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once selected we can have a call for more information needed for your event, Many questions can be answered so we can create a custom template for your prints, backdrop color preference, pkgs choice and what it covers and any questions you may have. On some of our other services like uplighting we can provide a demo for choosing color. We will provide a contract to save the date along with a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Employed as a Television Engineer by trade, 34 years in the industry, I have work with and provided professional audio ,video and lighting for a major TV station in Los Angeles. This professional service I provide for my clients in my personal business is an extension of vast experience from my years in the TVIndustry.
