Working wit Richard has been a pleasure! My husband and I were behind on our taxes, and were extremely nervous about the process and making sure we found the right person to help. Not not only did Richard put us at ease and back on track with uncle same, he also gave us some very helpful and valuable information on how my husband should proceed with his business going forward. Working with Kyle has been an outstanding experience of the highest level! I recommend him as both, an excellent property manager and and an exceptional realtor. He is always there when we need him. 100% dependable. Kyle got our house leased very quickly to very credit worthy tenants, and then when I decided to sell, he found a great buyer just two days after it was put on MLS. Amazing job. Nina has an excellent customer service. I never met her, I just spoke with her over the phone a couple of times and we emailed each other several times afterwards, She always respond so promptly and was very helpful and informative to all the questions that we needed to know about buying a house. Unfortunately, we decided not to move in Ontario, so we couldn't do business with her. However, my husband and I were very impressed and wished that all the realtors has an honest and professional courtesy like her.

My husband and I were looking for a home for quite a while and didn't like the realtors we were working with as we didn't find them to be involved to help us like we wanted. Lisa was referred by a friend who was also looking for a home also. She gave us her thoughts and insights on the property, the pros and cons and helped us make a reasonable offer. We were ready to offer almost $30,000 over, but Lisa said it's too high and not necessary and we can offer a lower amount. And she was right :) We saved a lot of money because of Lisa. She is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. We highly recommend Lisa.

We were searching on the internet for a Realtor that was also an interior designer, and we found Robyn Webb. We had a condo in Mission Viejo that had been rented for years and we were ready to sell it. Robyn’s “Design to Sell” program was perfect for us. Robyn created a comprehensive remodel plan for us, based on what real estate buyers care about the most, and referred us to the right contractors to handle the remodel. She was the intrinsic designer for the whole process, and when it was complete she fully staged the condo. From the day the remodel started to the day we had the house in escrow was only 1 month! I was really impressed by Chris's services. She is unlike other realtors and goes the extra mile . I would give her 10 stars if I could because she truly deserves it. I was on the hunt for investment properties and she listened intently on my needs and goals and she was able to deliver. You can tell she is service driven and works hard for her clients. She is extremely knowledgable and her analytical skills really helped me in with my decisions. She made the whole process very enjoyable and I knew she had my best interest. She extended her network of contractors and vendors who were all excellent to help with some minor repairs and replacements. I am grateful for all her help and guidance through the buying process.

My wife and I moved our family (us and two young kids under three) from Chicago to California a month ago. I flew into Ontario, CA on a weekend in the beginning of March and had only two days to find the perfect house for an April 1st move in. Not an easy task, but thanks to Brian I signed a lease by the time I was on a plane back to Chicago. Brian is a true professional. While in Chicago before my house hunting trip, he worked with me over the phone and understood what my family needed. During our house visits, he made sure I found the right house, and sent me new listings right up to the last minute - making sure I was happy with our new home. He’s an incredible resource, with a wealth of knowledge - but he didn’t stop there… After we signed the lease, Brian followed up multiple times since we’ve moved in - helping us make sure everything is just right.     Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents. Reading reviews will help you weed out obvious bad operators; you want to work with someone who treats their clients with fairness and respect. That said, you also want someone who can play hardball and maximize your real estate deal. Ask for references from recent clients, and be sure to call them.

    Experts encourage you to interview more than one prospective real estate agent before hiring. A home sale or home purchase is a big deal — sometimes the biggest deal in a person’s life — and you want to find an agent who will work hard for you.     What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn. The real estate agent may have you pay marketing fees, MLS fees, early cancellation fees, or more. Always ask pricing details before signing a contract so you clearly understand your financial obligations. Here are some of the average (and common) costs that can arise when selling a home:
