WE SENT CHECKS (2 EACH FOR $300) TO APPRAISE 2 VACANT LOTS, 2 MONTHS AGO. BOTH CHECKS HAVE CLEARED OUR BANK AND WE HAVE NO APPRAISALS. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT MR. BRAWNER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL WE HAVE NO REPLY FROM HIM

Was 20 minutes late to appointment. Had to call twice to get the report sent us with the correct email. There is one mistake on the report but doesn't change the outcome or appraisal.
