Zarif showed up on time as promised and installed a replacement bathroom fan. The job was completed to my satisfaction. There was an issue with the wiring to the fan installed by the previous homeowner that Zarif also took care of for me.

Amin did a very professional job for us, he installed a light fixture in our kitchen and 2 TVS in our bedrooms, he was helpful in selecting the best TV mount for each TV. He also installed 2 curtain rods and a guard on our screen door. I thought we needed to replace the bathroom exhaust fan, however he fixed it savings us money! Amin cleaned up after himself and was respectful, prompt, efficient, & courteous. I would definitely recommend him we are very happy with everything he did for us.

The best! My job was the job from hell! My ceiling fan was missing pieces, he ran to the store to buy the parts for me and refused to take my cash. Came back to finish job and the remote to my ceiling fan was broken. On top of all of my issues my house is wired really janky and all he wanted to do was help me and solve my problems. I felt terrible about everything, I apologized profusely and he was so kind courteous and understanding the entire time. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to electricity. I will use him again and again if he's willing to come back to my house! 100% recommend!!!!!!!!

Edward did an outstanding job installing the wiring for a new ceiling fan in my boys' bedroom. He also installed the fan as well. He was very professional and respectful and explained every step he took during the installation. Even when he hit an obstacle, he explained the situation and gave me the option of which way to proceed. I have several more projects in mind for my home and I will definitely be calling Edward again. His prices are very reasonable.

Isaac arrived late in the afternoon, after working all day and installed two ceiling fan/lights in a rental unit. He didn't leave till the job is completed. He came by the next day and installed a ceiling light fan in our primary residence. His work was professional, he was timely, and he cleaned up after his work. We will definitely use him again.

Hector was awesome! I highly recommend him. His quotes cant be beat. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I had him install some electric in the attic for a Quiet Cool whole house fan and he also installed a high/low control panel and a timer switch for the fan. Also installed a new 220 line from my breaker for a new ductless mini split AC system. Very quality work, nice and tidy and hides all the wires.

What we loved about Chris was how much he was willing to help us out. We wanted to mount a tv about our closet which , we found out, had no built in support. So he left and came back with wood blocks to build in structure support within our Attic CRAWLSPACE. He was professional, respectful and even found our mini vac and vacuumed where he worked. Thanks Chris.

Tony and his crew installed a new fan and did some electrical work for me in the attic to connect an attic fan yesterday. They were very professional, pleasant to deal with, detail oriented in their work, and charge a very fair price. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use their service again. Highly recommended!

I’m real estate property manager. I met Sal in 2010. Since then I’ve always been impressed with his work. He has done many repairs and improvements such as installing new vinyl windows, including patio sliders. I’ve had him install bathtub/shower enclosures, sinks, toilets, garbage disposers and water heaters. He has replace valves and faucets. He can frame walls, hang and finish drywall beautifully. Recently he installed a stove exhaust hood vent, including cutting the existing cabinets and venting it out the roof. He has hung interior and exterior doors. He can trouble shoot electrical problems, replace circuit breakers, install coax, HDMI and CAT5. I’ve asked him to run new electrical and cable outlets and install TV braces and hang large TVs. I recently had a dishwasher leak in an upstairs apartment that damaged the ceiling below. Sal removed the old damaged ceiling. Ran fans to make sure everything was dry before he installed new drywall and insulation in the kitchen/dining area. He added a brace for a new ceiling fan, which he also installed. He matched the existing drywall texture and painted it. He also installed a new dishwasher upstairs. In addition to all of the above he can unclog drains big and small. This is only a partial list of his abilities; no job is too big or small. He's excellent at problem solving and I’ve yet to find anything he can’t do well. Most of all he’s dependable, honest and fair, not to mention he’s a Marine. I would highly recommend Sal.

I bought my house in Feb. Once it started getting warmer outside I realized that the warmer it got, the harder of a time my ac had keeping up. This house has a newer Trane (one of the best models you can buy) 20xli on it. But when it gets hot, it will creep up on temperature, once it approached 90 inside my house with the temp set to 72 and it going all day. I knew this wasn't right and called an a/c guy that my friend knows. He suggested a whole house fan. I took it into consideration. I had another ac guy come out, he "couldn't find anything wrong" with my unit and suggested he clean my coils first for 600 dollars😳 and then said "we will see if that fixes it and go from there. Not really the answer you want when spending 600 bucks. So I decided to deal with it. We had a few weeks of cooler weather so I didn't think much of it. This week it's been 100-109 outside and the temp inside around 2-3 pm is 80 or so degrees so I decide to come on thumbtack and put in a job request. Within hours Tony contacted me with a great price, and had availability the same day with 30 years experience. So I had him come over. Within 20 minutes he knew what was wrong and within an hour he had it fixed. Wow. Funny how much easier it is when you just have the right guy come and do the work. Thanks Tony. I'll use you for all future ac work.

I’ve known Kevin for many years. He has always been a conscientious, hard working, and honest individual. He remodeled my home not long ago, inside and out, and saved me not only a considerable amount of money, but the quality of the remodel is amazing. I’m still getting compliments on it. The best part was how we worked together designing the remodel so I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as well as everything being very comfortable and convenient. I had one of those popcorn type ceilings and he removed all of that. Now I have beautifully smooth and painted ceilings in every room. When I brought the house there was a hole in the living room ceiling. Kevin found and repaired a water leak from the upstairs bath that had caused it. Everything needed replacing in each bathroom. He tore it all out - walls, plumbing, floors, fixtures, bath tub, shower, cupboards, drawers, everything. He helped me with ideas on where I could find new fixtures, etc. for the bathrooms and went with me to give me his input and help me transport the items back home. The electrical wiring was old so he rewired the whole place as well as hiding TV cables that the installers had just left hanging in plain view. He installed new lighting throughout so I have plenty now when I need it, and ceiling fans too. I mentioned I didn’t have enough storage space and before I knew it Kevin had located extra room below the staircase and in the space above the staircase upstairs. He made a door and installed it in the wall below the stairs, and he took out part of a wall above the stairs and inside a closet and added shelves. I now have two new storage areas. He also laid my wonderful new tile floors in the kitchen, hall way, and bathrooms. He built the entire patio from scratch. I needed cupboards on the patio to hold gardening equipment so he designed and built those and attached them to the wall of the house. They are up off the ground and very convenient. Kevin installed a new patio roof, and he installed a sprinkler system as well – I really love that! We designed the patio layout together. Kevin had great ideas on how to build the large planter section. The flowers and plants are thriving, and I’m really enjoying the dwarf blood orange tree he encouraged me to buy. Some neighbors and friends have asked for Kevin’s contact information and they are very pleased with his help with their household problems. He enjoys nothing better than to help people. No task is too small or too large. He is a knowledgeable and multi-talented handyman. He is very kind coming back periodically to maintain my property. I don’t know what I would do without his help.
