- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You truly get what you pay for in the home improvement industry. Fortunately, my company offers fair pricing and various discounts to our customers. We also have easy financing options that make just about any project a possibility for most people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for me to go out and personally inspect a project prior to submitting a quote. Every home is unique and has different variables that affect the estimate (i.e. size, condition, amount of preparation needed, etc.). We ask that all parties be present because I like having the opportunity to personally answer any questions or concerns my future customers may have prior to beginning work. I want to make sure we are getting you what you want and what your home needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the home improvement industry. My father owned a home improvement business for over 30 years, and I followed in his footsteps to open my own company. I know what good work is because I saw it every day of my life growing up.
