We love having Ranya here in the office to practice Yoga with us! She is impressively knowledgeable about body therapy, plus she is highly aware of the individual levels in each class. Ranya knows exactly how to modify her instruction to meet the needs of every student in class and it's clear that she truly believes you can find success in every class if you are open to it. My favorite part of Ranya’s classes is how amazing my body feels (especially my back!), when I attend her classes I always come out feeling grounded and energized, regardless of how I entered class that day. Overall, I genuinely like the style of yoga but it is also her friendly and welcoming personalities that keeps me coming back. She made the class very enjoyable and I can't wait for the next class!

I met with Ranya for a private session, my first ever one-on-one. It turned out to be a wonderful, serene, experience and one I can highly recommend. Ranya is knowledgeable, proficient in serveral yoga styles and her calming nature put me instantly at ease. I had wished to have a program set up for a home practice and she delivered fully. She explained the different poses, why they would help with my specific ailments and in what way. She showed me short versions of the practice, for when I don't have the time or energy to do a full session, and was mindful and very respectful in every way. Sharing her experience of yoga and discussing how a regular practice could be of help in my everyday life was I very rewarding. We met in her home studio which was clean, calm and filled with useful props to help with proper alignment and supporting different poses. I left feeling relaxed, but invigorated and possibly an inch taller.

Working with, and learning from, Ranya is an invaluable experience. She's not only knowledgeable about different forms of yoga (and their benefits), but she also helps you understand how you can implement those various types to benefit you in your practice. She studies your flexibility and abilities, compares them with your goals and motivations, and even takes your stress levels/mental health into consideration to determine how to get exactly what you need from your practice from week to week. With Ranya's guidance, I've really progressed in all aspects of my practice (e.g., meditation, flexibility, endurance, strength, etc.) Ranya really is the best, and I would urge anyone to strongly consider becoming one of her students!

Ranya came to my house to do a one-hour yoga session with me a was a great yoga instructor. She tailored the session to my needs of wanting to increase posture and flexibility. Ranya arrived on time and brought all the equipment I needed (block, mat etc.) with her. She was really easy to talk to and worked with me to get in the proper yoga positions. Her voice and instruction was both calming and motivating. She picked up quickly on things I wasn't quite doing right and provided information on how improve them. Ranya was accommodating of my schedule (coming on a Sunday morning), and I was able to book her with just a few Thumbtack messages. Great experience. I'll be having her come back again soon.
