Introduction: One of the most rewarding things about being a DJ is helping people to loosen up and have fun. Let's face it, it's not always easy to get out onto the dance floor and start groovin... but it helps when the DJ is playing music that's fun, lively and familiar. All of us have that "one song" that makes us drop what we're doing and rush to the dance floor. It's a great feeling when you see people who are usually "non-dancers" are able to cut loose and get a little crazy. That's when we KNOW we've done our job well :)

We have hired Tom for our last 2 annual events at work. He asks all of the right questions to ensure that our needs are taken care of. He and his staff are knowledgeable professionals. There are wanna-be DJ's and then there is Tom. He spins a wide-range of music, understands how to keep the crowd involved, brings a bunch of energy to the dancefloor (when needed), and knows how to bring it back down again for toasts, speeches, and food-service. Like Tom, his gear is reliable and top-of-the-line. I am hiring Tom once again this year for our annual party, as the DJs I have hired in the past cost so much more, and cannot compare to the ease of doing business with Tom. Hire him for your event before he's unavailable, as he is ONE OF THE BEST!!!!!

Groove Tonight Mobile Disco is awesome! We have been doing business with Tom for 5 years now. He DJ's our high school's dances (and proms!). He is highly professional, very accommodating, and best of all the students love him. He has a HUGE selection of music and really knows how to keep the party going. We always appreciate that he is reliable and great at what he does. Our students have a great time and always have tons of positive things to say. We used Tom for our wedding in 2008 and he did an outstanding job. He located music requests prior to the wedding and was prepared with our music selections for different parts of our ceremony. He was very helpful in making announcements and giving directives when needed. Tom's attitude and energy was fabulous and I would highly recommend him.

Tom was a really personable DJ he worked closely with us to make sure the music on our wedding day/night was what we wanted to hear and groove to all night long! We had a great time dancing and singing to his jams. If someone wanted to make a song request Tom was ready to play what they wanted to hear. By the end of the night we were worn out from having so much fun. I would defiantly recommend him as a DJ to my friends and family looking for a good time.

What types of customers have you worked with?
GTMD is most commonly hired for weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvah's, Birthdays, corporate and school events. For weddings we typically meet face to face with the couple twice, once for the initial consultation and once to do a walk though of the church/reception area. For school and community events we like to coordinate with faculty and security personnel to insure that a fun and safe time is had by all. GTMD provides DJ Services on the average of 15 School Events per year. GTMD performed at 9 Weddings in 2011 GTMD also rocked 5 Corporate holiday parties in December 2011 2012 is shaping up to be our best year yet! We hope to party with you soon!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise potential customers to communicate with previous clients to get their feedback. Set aside time to meet the DJ in person. Were they punctual?, Did they seem organized?...Did the DJ take notes about your event?...Did the DJ ask questions, or make suggestions that were helpful? If so, these are all indicators of a professional and someone who cares about making your event special.
