- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We approach jobs differently than other companies because we have found that one size does not always fit all. Our technicians will preform a full evaluation to determine not just what is wrong but also what caused it to happen in the first place. They will then provide multiple options ranging from fixing the immediate issue to preventing it from happening again, which leads to no pressure sales our customer's deciding which route they would like to go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer up-front pricing which means our customers know the exact cost of the project before any work begins. We due a thorough evaluation which takes anywhere from 45-90 minutes and provides multiple options. We found there is always more than one way to solve a problem and not all customers are looking for the same type of fix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has 20+ years in the industry and personally certifies each technician we bring on board to ensure each of our customers get the same quality service/work. We constantly attend certifications in different products and brands to ensure we are up to date with the newest and greatest.
