- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer custom financial coaching and planning services for a flat monthly subscription. Subscriptions can last anywhere from 3 months to a year or more, depending on your desires and needs. I also offer one-time project-based work if you just have a few questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first meet for an initial 15-minute consultation to determine if we're a fit for each other. Once we get that set, we will typically meet at least twice per month for the first few months to get to work, then monthly after that. During these meetings we will start with the most pressing questions you have and then proceed to review your financial life comprehensively - how you can pay down student loans, build an emergency, most effectively contribute to your retirement account(s), etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Personal Financial Planning program at UC Berkeley Extension and have passed the CFP® exam. I also have passed the Series 65 exam and worked as a Paraplanner for two years at Flow Financial Planning, LLC. Bachelor's Degree: Chemical-Biological Engineering and Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
