Introduction: Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching
We all know that it can be challenging to live life truly, and clarity and support can make a positive difference.
How I work with clients is to listen deeply and with compassion, ask questions that invite insight and provide clear, honest and direct feedback. This helps you to see patterns in their thoughts and behaviors and clues as to how inner conflicts have been created. We then move to untangle things, creating more self-acceptance, self-kindness, and self-awareness.
We then work to develop your life from where you are now towards becoming who it is that you want to become. We start with discovering what is truly most important to you and to move towards that. We then create commitments, skills, and practices towards having positive habits and goal achievement.

I teach an eight-week introductory meditation class that features the experience of fifteen classic meditation techniques, lectures on the theory and practice of meditation and discussion.
I work with people in one-on-one training, providing candid and skillful personalized input on how to develop a meditation practice best tailored to the particulars of your life. Instructions include guided experience of powerful techniques picked to meet your meaning goals.
