Massage work is very intimate by nature of being close in each one's energetic field. Therefore it is important, if you really want to relax as deeply as possible, to find a therapist that you feel really comfortable & safe with, and that has the skill level to get the best quality massage/healing session for yourself. A person may either find one or a few therapists that they keep going back to because of the consistency of the state/feeling/results that gets achieved during the session... There are so many different styles of massage work, different skill levels, nationalities of therapist etc. which makes it always an experience to get yourself a massage. I am always very happy and grateful when a person takes care of themselves (or others through gift certificates) to receive touch from another human being, which by itself is so important for one's self-concept, health and sanity especially in our current world...
