Personal Training

Very effective training! Always on time(I’m the late one...) give perfect amount of workout(meaning tired but not pass out). Easy to communicate and make adjustment depends on how your body feel. Chill and easy to chat but also make sure your workout is on point. Help you adjust the feature if anything wrong.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $85 for a 55 minute session. Packages: 10 sessions: $800 ($80 a session) 15 sessions: $1150 ($76.67 a session)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, you will be given a questionnaire to give me info about your health history and your current health and fitness level. Second, we will schedule a free 15-20 minute consultation call to talk about your fitness experience and what you are looking for in a trainer and your goals. Third, at the end of your consultation call we will schedule your complimentary session where we will talk about your goals face to face. This free 55 minute session will also include postural/movement/fitness assessments, followed by a short intro workout. We will also use the time in this session to establish goals and a structured plan to move you towards them. Finally, we set a schedule to meet consistently and you are on your way to reaching your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    EXOS Performance Specialist NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist NASM Certified Personal Trainer TRX Suspension Certified Trainer NASM Mental Toughness Coach HIIT Instructor Certified I am an athlete myself having played soccer my entire life at a high level and have worked with lots of trainers myself to keep my body ready for competition.
