- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi! Every project is different, the best way to get an accurate quote is on a quick phone call. I've produced projects with budgets ranging from $850-$45,000 and everything in between. These are some important questions to consider when talking about budget: Who is your audience? Does your brand require a very high production value to tell your story? How many days of shooting will be required to tell the story? Does this particular project require additional crew (2nd Camera, Makeup Artist etc.) These are some of the questions we would explore in the preliminary phase of working together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. I'll ask you questions to get a sense of what you are looking to create and from that I will be able to provide a detailed estimate. If you decide you would like to work with me and approve the estimate, I request a 25% deposit, and get to work on your project! The remaining balance is due when you receive the final deliverable(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science in green building and sustainable design with a minor in sociology. I also have a background in acting, visual art, and music, all of which influence my work as a visual storyteller. I worked in sales in the Solar Industry for 4 years which informs my understanding of sales psychology and brand messaging in video content.
