Everyone advised me against learning swimming as an adult but I took a chance with Veronique as my swimming-instructor and she proved everyone wrong. I am a BIG person and she made me overcome all my phobias and helped me learn. She is a really patient teacher and respects your limitations, and yet pushes you subtly to get out of your comfort zone. I am really happy that I found her and I highly recommend her as a swimming instructor for both kids and adults.The best part is she slips in a little bit of workout and Yoga tips into your swimming class, which helps you A LOT once you are in water and actually swimming :)

Melissa was my yoga instructor for six months at Hangar 18 fitness and climbing gym. Melissa was awesome! She was very calm and soothing when teaching yoga. She explained the movements very well and was able to teach a variety of ways for the beginner to the advanced student. Melissa was always early to her yoga sessions and ran her classes with the utmost quality and professionalism. I really enjoyed every session of Melissa's yoga classes, when we requested to do or learn certain poses, she was excited to teach them. Over all a wonderful yoga instructor!
I know bill from taking his yoga classes and have had one on one sessions with him as well. I highly recommend him for your fitness needs. Bill will take you to the next level with his encouragement and his tough as nails approach (sometimes)
I've been working with Ericka for 2 years now. She is professional and very skilled in her field. Before every session, we'd spend a a few minutes discussing any ailments I'm currently experiencing. I have upper neck, shoulder and lower back issues and have had for many years. She would then cater the session to support my needs. I've also had Ericka in group settings through office yoga, and she is capable of bringing that same personalization to a class setting. Our typical groups were two to three people, but could be as big as 10 people. She is very skilled in reading what people's needs are, and never pushes someone past their limits. Ericka has a very calm energy that is inviting to everyone especially those who are just starting out their practice. I highly recommend Ericka for privates or group sessions!
Mari is such an amazing trainer, yoga teacher, and health coach. She looks at the whole you, listens to you, and creates a program that will work with your life and your schedule. She is truly amazing!
My experience with Ferox Yoga was a very pleasant and informative experience. When I scheduled a private session with Claire, she was very quick to respond, and she provided me with a questionnaire that addressed all of my needs, goals, and noted any injuries I have/had. I am a male individual in my late twenties, and I lift weights about 4-5 times a week. I don't have too much experience in yoga, and I'm not all that flexible. A few years back, I had spent about five months recovering from a lower back injury from doing deadlifts improperly. Since then, I've recovered, but I've noticed a lack of strength in my lower back which I noted in Claire's questionnaire. Once we began the private lesson, she assured me I didn't require any previous experience. We focused heavily on my form and breathing through many of the starting poses, and she showed me a lot of different exercises that helped to strengthen my lower back. Claire was extremely supportive and patient throughout the entire lesson. Also, her bubbliness and kindness are one of a kind! My first experience with Ferox Yoga was amazing. By the end of the session, my entire body felt energized, and I had gained more knowledge from Claire about yoga than I'd ever had. She was a great instructor, and she did such a great job accommodating me considering my lack of experience and past injury. I would highly recommend her regardless if you are an avid yogin, recovering from an injury, or totally new to yoga. She is great!
Alia helped me so much! I was only lucky enough to work with her for a few weeks but she helped me so much. I lost 10lbs in that short time and am now obsessed with yoga! My mom worked with her as well and loved her too. I would recommend her to anyone!
With my work schedule I was very close to give up on yoga classes until I was referred to Natalia by a friend. Now I'm able to continue my practice with an incredible teacher who's not only able to adapt to my odd schedule but has renewed my love for Yoga helping me achieve poses I've spent years struggling with in just a few sessions. Yoga for me tends to be hit or miss. The instructor can make or break your experience. That said, I've really enjoyed my classes with Apoorva. Her calming energy and patient approach to teaching makes her classes both relaxing and instructive. I always leave feeling more connected, more refreshed and with a smile :)
