Olga is hands down great at what she does! she is professional, responsive and most of all helpful with our tax questions, business accounting and tax preparation. I recently worked with Olga to complete individual personal taxes for two tax years. While I was at first a little hesitant to hire a tax accountant without a personal reference, I had delayed filing because of dissatisfaction with the "fancy" tax accountant firm that I had used for years and needed to get the work done quickly. My previous tax accountant charged me a large flat fee for filing my taxes which are not terribly complicated. While I would email/call the experienced "tax partner", a more junior accountant would actually do all the work and there were often mistakes or "clarifications" that had to be made (basically, the partner checking with the person doing the actual work). Olga is the exact opposite of that experience: very professional, knowledgeable, does her own work thoroughly and accurately. She was also fast and incredibly responsive. I quickly realized I had found someone who genuinely cares about her clients personally and is an excellent tax professional, too. You can hire Olga with confidence. I plan on using her services next year+!
