- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A half day (~4 hours) of wedding photography starts at $1,000 and includes your choice of an engagement session or mini wedding album. A full day (~8 hours) of wedding photography starts at $2,000 and includes both an engagement session and mini wedding album. Engagement photography starts at $300 for one hour, and $500 for two hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Choosing the right photographer is one of the most important decisions you'll make for your wedding, and the process is new for most couples. Part of my job (regardless of whether we work together or not) is guiding you in that process. I'll share what I believe works best based on my experience, guide you in what you may or may not want, help you with your timeline, and anything else you may need support with. Once you review my portfolio, we’ll schedule a call to: - connect and make sure we vibe! - share the love story between you and your partner - talk about your wedding timeline - discuss the most important details and moments you want captured - all the possible ways you can use your photos to keep those memories alive To officially book my services I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining deposit is due the week of the wedding date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has been a passion of mine since my high school days where we had a dark room. My passion continued to evolve when I began studio photography for a hula hoop company, and brand content for a skincare company. I fell in love with photographing couples when a dear friend asked me to capture her engagement and wedding. I've been working with couples ever since!
